Product Overview

Modified Atmosphere Packing involves altering the atmosphere surrounding the fresh beef in its packaging to prolong its shelf life. This process typically replaces the normal air inside the package with a mixture of gases, usually carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and oxygen, in specific ratios. These gases work together to inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria and reduce oxidation, which can lead to discoloration and off-flavors in the meat.

Payment Method:

After the contract is signed, 50% of the total contract amount will be paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid after the equipment is completed and can be inspected on-site or confirmed by video. After the equipment is inspected and qualified, the payment will be released and the equipment will be delivered.
